What kind of artwork should I send?When submitting artwork, we prefer vector files. These file types would be .ai, .pdf, .esp. We do accept other file formats, but an artwork setup fee may be be incurred. For some projects, .jpg, .png, .ps, raster file formats are required. In this case, please submit the highest resolution possible. This would be an image greater than 150 dpi (dots per inch)

I have a specific color(s) I would like used in my design. What do I need to provide you?We use the Pantone Matching System. If you supply us with the your desired PMS color code, we can match it.

How do I upload my design?Click the "Upload" link below, complete the form and upload your design. Up to 5 designs may be uploaded per submission, without exceeding a total of 25 MB.

What are your shop hours?Currently we are by appointment only. Feel free to call us at 715-256-7750 or email us at sales@cooncreek.net to discuss projects or set up an appointment.

I am not local, can you ship my order?Yes! We ship to anywhere in the US via UPS or USPS.

What do you accept for payment?We have many ways to accept payment for your order. We accept cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo and check.
